Getting started

What does Simple Swift Email do?

It turns a lead list into personal cold emails. For each lead it reads their website, writes a one-to-one email around what it found, waits for your approval, sends it from your mailboxes in rotation, and collects replies in one inbox.

What do I need to start?

A mailbox to send from (SMTP), a mailbox that receives replies (IMAP, often the same one), and a CSV of leads with at least an email address. A website column makes the research much better. Paid plans include Swift Pilot, so a key of your own is optional; the Free plan needs your own AI key.

How long does setup take?

Connect a mailbox, upload a list and create a campaign; the first emails are written while you watch. A checklist on the dashboard shows what is left.

Writing and the AI

Is every email really different?

Yes. Each one is written for that lead from what the AI found on their website and the fields in your list. You set the offer, tone and length once per campaign.

Can I check emails before they are sent?

Yes. Campaigns start in review mode: every email waits in a queue where you approve, edit or ask for a rewrite. You can switch a campaign to automatic sending once you trust it.

Which AI providers are supported?

OpenAI, Anthropic, Google Gemini, OpenRouter, and any OpenAI-compatible API. Add several and set their order; if one is rate limited or down, writing moves to the next one.

How much can I write with your AI?

Paid plans include Swift Pilot, so you can start without your own key. It writes up to 100 emails a day on Starter, 300 on Growth and 1,000 on Agency, from the page each lead's website link opens. Connect your own AI key to research several pages of a site and to remove the daily AI limit. The Free plan uses your own AI key.

Sending and deliverability

How does mailbox rotation work?

Each email goes from the healthy mailbox with the most room left today, within its daily and hourly caps and minimum gap. Volume spreads evenly, and a lead keeps hearing from the same mailbox.

What happens if a mailbox stops working?

If the login is rejected, the mailbox is marked as needing attention, you get a notice, and it is skipped until you fix it. After five failures in a row it is switched off automatically.

How should I start a new mailbox?

Start new mailboxes with low daily caps and raise them gradually. Use a domain separate from your main business domain for cold outreach.

What does the Email verifier check, and which plans have it?

It checks a lead list in bulk before you send. For each address it checks the format, whether the domain exists and can receive email, and known lists of throwaway providers, shared inboxes such as info@ and typing mistakes such as gmial.com. Each lead is marked Valid, Risky, Invalid or Unknown. It does not connect to mail servers, so it cannot confirm that one particular inbox exists, and it does not detect catch-all domains. It is included on every paid plan, with a monthly allowance equal to the plan's lead limit (Starter up to 2,000 leads a month, Growth up to 25,000, Agency up to 100,000). It is not included on the Free plan.

Is unsubscribing handled?

Yes. Every email carries a one-click unsubscribe. People who unsubscribe are added to a suppression list and are not emailed again from your workspace.

Data, privacy and the rules

Where is my data stored?

In our hosted database, separated per workspace. Mailbox passwords and AI keys are encrypted at rest and never shown again after you save them. See the privacy policy and DPA for details.

Can I export or delete my data?

Yes. You can request a full export of your account data, and deleting your account removes it after the retention period described in the privacy policy.

What can I not use it for?

Spam. You may only email people with a genuine, relevant business reason, honour every opt-out, and follow the laws where you and your recipients are. Accounts that break the acceptable use policy are suspended.

Billing questions are on the pricing page.
