Research every lead before writing a word

The AI opens each lead's website link, reads the page, and keeps the facts a sharp rep would use. The email is written around those facts, so every message is different and actually about them.

  • Reads the real site. Home, about and service pages, so the details are current, not guessed.
  • Your voice, your offer. Describe what you sell and how you write once; every email follows it.
  • No website? Still covered. Leads without a site get a careful email built from the fields you uploaded.

Check every address before you send

The Email verifier checks a whole lead list in bulk. For each address it checks the format, whether the domain exists and can receive email, and known lists of throwaway providers, shared inboxes and typing mistakes. Each lead is marked with one of four statuses.

  • Valid, Risky, Invalid, Unknown. Valid: written correctly and the domain accepts email. Risky: a shared inbox such as info@ or sales@. Invalid: written wrong, a throwaway address, or a domain that does not exist or cannot receive email. Unknown: the domain did not answer in time, so check it again later.
  • Filter and clean up. Filter any list by status and remove the bad addresses in one step.
  • Choose per campaign. Each campaign picks which statuses it may email.
  • It does not read mailboxes. The check does not connect to mail servers, so it cannot confirm that one particular inbox exists, and it does not detect catch-all domains. Included on every paid plan, not on Free.

Approve what goes out

Every email lands in a review queue first. Read it, edit a line, ask for a rewrite, or approve. When a campaign is proven, switch it to automatic sending and let it run.

Every reply, every mailbox, one inbox

Connect each mailbox that receives replies. They are checked on a schedule, each reply is matched to its lead and campaign, and you answer from one shared inbox through the right sending account.

  • Many reply inboxes. Each with its own schedule and health status.
  • Threads stay together. Replies are matched to the original email across all inboxes.
  • Answer from the right mailbox. Your reply goes out through the account linked to that inbox, or the one that sent the original.

Built to keep sending when things go wrong

Mailboxes hit limits, AI providers rate-limit, passwords change. The details below are what keep campaigns moving anyway.

Mailbox rotation that drains evenly

Each email goes from the healthy mailbox with the most room left today. Daily and hourly caps and a minimum gap are set per mailbox, and a lead always hears from the same one.

Failing mailboxes step aside

If a mailbox rejects its login, it is marked as needing attention and skipped until you fix it. Temporary errors retry, possibly from another mailbox.

AI failover across providers

Add OpenAI, Anthropic, Gemini, OpenRouter or any compatible API in priority order. Rate limited? Writing moves to the next connection instantly.

Swift Pilot or your own keys

Paid plans include Swift Pilot for 100 to 1,000 emails a day depending on the plan, written from the page each lead's website link opens. Connect your own keys to research several pages and remove the daily AI limit. The Free plan uses your own key.

Opens, clicks and replies

Per-campaign reporting with open and click tracking on Growth and Agency. Replies are tracked on every plan.

One-click unsubscribe

Every email includes a one-click unsubscribe header and link. Unsubscribed addresses go on a suppression list and are never emailed again.
